Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
We are recruiting for the positions of Technical Support Engineer. The role offers immense opportunities and extensive exposure to our global culture.
Job description:
• Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/Software related queries of our customers/HP End-users either through Phone or Email/Chat
• Work effectively with our support partners to provide the highest quality & competitively priced support resulting in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Quickly diagnose/triage issues and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Flexible to work in night shifts.
Candidate must possess:
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills
Job Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Any Graduate
Work Experience: 0 â€" 3 years
